What is changing?
-
We are taking steps to come together under one single brand, New York Sports Club, honoring our New York City founding. We are uniting our family of brands, New York Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs, Philadelphia Sports Clubs, and Around the Clock Fitness and dropping the "s" as we become one "Club."
-
-
Why are we making this change?
-
Supporting a single brand will allow us to invest more resources in improving your member experience. We are committed to putting the NEW back in New York Sports Club across all of our markets, especially as we celebrate our 50th anniversary later this year! We are stronger together and will continue to showcase all of our locations and communities.

-
Does this change my membership?
-
While our digital ecosystem (website, email communications, mobile app, and social media channels) will reflect our move to one brand, and all Clubs will eventually have New York Sports Club signage, there will be no material changes to your membership or agreement.

-
Why do the signs in my gym not say New York Sports Club?
-
As mentioned above, our physical signage will take some time to transition. Along with refreshing the inside of our facilities, updating equipment and adding new spaces like recovery lounges and barbell clubs, we will be updating the signage over time.
