Maria has been a personal trainer with Lucille Roberts since 2006, but her passion for fitness has been with her for as long as she can remember. She loves helping women (through her individually tailored fitness programs), to be the best version of themselves. Maria is certified in TRX trains one-on-one and in small group training. She firmly believes that everyday brings another opportunity to get healthier and stronger, and loves to hear, when her clients say something like, ‘I could not do this 3 months ago!’.

Helen has been part of the Forest Hills fitness team for 10 years. Not only is she a seasoned trainer, she is a people lover with an HR background. Helen is a high-energy person who loves to dance. The trainer doing Irish step dancing or salsa in between clients is Helen. Her certifications include Functional Training and Senior Fitness Specialist. She has always been passionate about physical fitness but when the World Trade Center was attacked by terrorists in 2001 (she worked on the 78th floor of the South Tower) it changed her life and her priorities. She decided to make a career out of her passion for fitness. She loves what she does and is totally committed to her clients. Motivated by her incredible urgency to promote fitness, there simply isn't anything else she would rather be doing. Helen is driven by her need to help women achieve their personal best.
